I’m from London and Colchester and was into CB big time in the early 80’s and I would love a CT call sign as I’m about to get back into it

The normal structure for a 11m\cb callsign is as follows (i will be corrected if i'm wrong )
The first numbers would be your county code ie. 26=England, 163=Wales, 108=Scotland etc.
The letters can be of the DX group your a memeber of, your initails or letters of your choice ie. CT=Charlie Tango, CI=Charlie India, FB=Fox Bravo, BB=Bobby Brown, BJ=Boris Johnson, CR=Coventry Radio etc.
The numbers are allocted to you by the DX group or if you use your own letters you choose what ever numbers you want.
So for example you could use 26CR101

Hi, I’m new to this and would love a callsign, not sure how you get a callsign but I’d love this as the let’s and numbers are very important to me, 26DR1111, could anyone tell me if This is possible to pick my own and use this, so sorry I’m such a noob, I knows nothing about the allocation or handle of callsigns. Thanks in advance, great site and learning things already, happy days.

Hello again David, yes by all means use the 26DR1111 that's absolutely fine, unfortunately it won't be listed as call sign from this DX group though.
