hi i was on here but had to do a new username and password , but i have a call sign which is 26ct2893, i understand you can download and print of a certificate , but i am having trouble finding where to go to do it.
any help would be greatful

That was a feature available on the old website. We migrated to this site last August and as yet it hasn't been enabled.
I will raise the issue with the rest of the admin team to see what can be done.
