Hi this Peter, Pete either or i really dont mind, CB'd for years, but my Lafayette 1800 has remained dormant for more than 30 years, operated at a time when the skip was blissful, making contacts throughout Europe and across the pond. I live in the county of Herfordshire, Englands most green and pleasant land. I have operated both as a homebase and mobile, mainly on AM and SSB, 27.555 or thereabouts. I used to be a graphic designer working in the entertainment industry, I now paint and decorate and am fortunate to have spare time on my side. I am an NHS responder on a voluntary basis during these mad times. I love live music, sleeping outdoors and own a vintage mg midget named after my mum, god bless her. I now wish to reconnect as a freebander once again and make some more friends via the radio. Thank you all, speak soon!

Hi, my name is Pete Dawson, been off the radio for more than 30 years, anxious to get back on. Sorry if this is repeating myself, not sure if i posted in the right place first time. Spent most of my time freebanding through the 80's and onwards, loads of good contacts when the skip was good, europe and stateside. Dusted my Lafayette off and looking for call sign. Thanks in advance Pete ( Brentfordnylons)
