Good afternoon and thank you for letting me join. I Was on the CB as a child about 14 for about a year back in the 80s but only for a few months (parents moaned i was on chatting all night and would not get up for school) and then again for a very short period as a boy racer in the 90s again only till the mobile phone seemed to kill it, have had my old Midland PR27/94 and about a month ago found it in a box in the loft i then got a sirio 5000 and put it in my car didn't get much chat so put it away again then a friend got a new Cb for his 4x4 and sort of sparked my interest again so got myself a Midland Alan 40 Plus and liked it so got a power pack and have just put up on the roof a sirio tornado and ordered a new ss9900 which i hope will be her soon. i am looking for a call sign and was suggested to join this forum to get one.
