Good day everyone, my names Robert and I've been into CB radios for a while but only small rigs for mobile, this year I finally setup a Antron 99 on 3x 9ft poles and bought a thunderpole T-2000 radio with whip for the car. I am also going to do my foundation amateur radio license as well. I have built my first "homebrew" antenna using a flag pole which I've worked south west Ireland, Glasgow, Edinborough and even the isle of Lewis! Very much enjoying the band so I'm looking for a callsign to go with the CB setup hope to work some of you!
