Hi Jacek,
Unfortunately it looks like you were one of the requests missed when the forum first switched over. There was quite a delay in most people getting call signs and with all the hard work the admin had to do the odd request must've been missed. (Not helped with admin having to trawl through other posts that people tagged requests to).
Now that you've bumped your request back to view hopefully it won't be missed this time.
