Hi Nathan,
Welcome to Charlie Tango DX.
I've moved your request into the New Member Introductions so that you're in the right place to obtain a callsign.
We know your name, (assuming Nathan is your first name?), we know your QTH or where you live, so we have enough information to get a callsign allocated for you.
Our Mr Gary Wilson on the admin team issues callsigns and usually logs on most days to assign them so hopefully you won't be waiting too long.
All the best, Victor

Hi Nathan,
Radio code - Amateur Radio, (Ham), or CB, (Citizens Band), common usage "73" meaning "Best Regards", (or similar intent).
There's a whole history of codes amongst radio operators most seeming to have stemmed from original telegraph operators. People will argue the history, some will tell you that "73" shouldn't be used in the plural, others are not too fussed. You're free to use them, or not, up to you really.
'Google' will give many different, albeit similar results in a search query.
You're welcome on the request reposting, wanted to make sure you got a callsign which you now have. Enjoy
All the best, (or 73 )
Victor
