hi i noticed on ebay a realistic pro 2042 on sale from usa with a lot of profesional mods done various extra outlets expensive but worth taking a look stay safe do radio paul m0kbd 73s

What mods on it all i have ever done is a dis/tap.

hi thanks for your reply this disscriminater tap has been done there is a data port a recording switch several others its on ebay pro 2042 it looks very neat and other mods there are all on the back panel take a look as i have not seen this before the mains is usa voltage but a 13.8 volt dc input its worth a look paul m0kbd 73s

hi i have found the information on the mods for the pro 2042 opto535 board it can do many functions just google it let me know what you think do radio and stay safe paul m0kbd

hi i have looked on a number of sites that have mods for realistic scanners the kit or unit for the 2042 and other scanners but the opto 535 board is no longer in production for several years and are only avalable fitted in used 2042 and a few others in the usa on ebay thanks for looking stay safe do radio paul m0kbd 73s
