Nothing down here in Sussex yet. I'm just wondering how the pressure and weather that's associated with the snow affects propagation?

TBH I dont think it would make any difference in theory, it just seem a coincidence a couple of times when it was heavier snow or very heavy mist/fog mainley the foggy /mist conditions me personally was getting some better contacts than I normally did

I have an Impreza STI. I love cruising past everyone stuck on the hill on the way to work and then turn a couple of doughnuts at the top of the carpark just to rub it in. No electronic driver aids, just good old mechanical limited slip diffs.

Very nice, Martin.
I remember those engines going in the mk3 Granada Scorpios. If I remember correctly they were based on the Cologne engine with the dodgy siamese ports. The Cosworth conversion changed it to a quad cam 24v and upped the power to 195 brake. It should slot straight in to a Cortina. A mate bought a Sierra Sapphire that someone had converted. It went really well.

My mate brought the car with the conversation already done but it was a bit of a abortion, so hes had to do a lot of modifications, its a good job his a mechanic by trade but an AA patrol by work so it's been a bit of a when he can get time to do stuff ,but since the Covid his patrol hours have dropped a bit so his had some time at home while being on call so his been getting as much done as poss I told him about your Scooby he siad that's another car his always fancied owning ,but deep down we have both been Ford men even though I drive a mini LOL well it is a cooper s at least that something.,actually talking of my mini John I went through all the mods that have been done to it before I got it and looking at them and doing a very guestiment on BHP with the mods it has i would say it's on the good side of over 200BHP.
