Nice one John, hope your net is a successful one.
There are often 'nets' announced on the Charlie Tango Face Book site. Might be worth popping a posting up there as well if you want to reach a bigger audience. (Some use FB, some the Forum, some both )
Our Paddy does a great job on the FB site and it all adds to the Charlie Tango experience.
All the best, Victor

Thanks gents, it`s not a new net, more of continuation of the old Eastbourne FM net with a change of frequency.

Dear All, may I suggest that to improve the Tunbridge Wells 40 channel FM UK CB net, that instead of starting out on Channels 30 and 31, it begins on the Ofcom recommended calling channel, CH14,and if contact is established conduct it if either free on CH30 or CH31. Andrew, Newhaven East Sussex - Radio Lilac (I usually use the CB handle Ice Station Zebra) 26CT2853.

The net tends to reside on channel 31 27.90125, so there is not really any issue.
Cheers

Do you reckon the Tonbridge etc net can be picked up in Newhaven East Sussex. I have failed to find you so far. I have opened up on CH30 between 8pm and 10pm with no response! Any ideas? Andrew Radio Lilac Newhaven East Sussex 26CT2853,

If you can operate mobile from either Firle or Ditchling beacon on channel 31 Andrew you stand a good chance of being heard.
all the best
John

I have still failed to find you on Channel 31 but I note your advice and I will keep trying. I have been told that Newhaven East Sussex uses Channel 26 and will also try that. Do you know whether this is true? Andrew 26CT2853 Radio Lilac.

. Hi Andrew
The net on channel 26 UKFM would be the Saturday night DDB net based on Devils Dyke. It starts at 8 o'clock I think.
