Hello all you Like minded people, what a great Forum. My name is Dave in Reading Berks - ha should like an intro to an AA meeting. I have been on the Radios from as early as 1982/3, I will always remember my mate popping round with his Basic Maxicom 40 fm channel rig and a Di-pole.. we set it up in our kitchen and laid the areal across the cooker... its was like magic.... real live people we could take too. it was a whole new world opening up right before my eyes. I met so many wonderful people and sadly lost just as many. I was in the Knowsley Breaker club back in Liverpool for my sins. The stories and the wind ups where epic. that's for another day. while I'm here can I ask for a CT call sign please. I look forward to hearing from you all. kind regards Dave.. Mr Pie.
