Hi, and help!

SS 6900 N. V6
Bought as a standard 10m radio.
I wanted to upload an 11m dat file to it but it won't accept it saying incorrect band, even though the band displayed is correct.

The software and connection are working as I can read from the radio (I backed up current configuration just in case)

Any suggestions on what to do next?
