To obtain a callsign the group does require a first name, the nearest town or city you live in or near and I think we can guess the country. (But we have members here from all over the world!)
If you can fill that out in your CT Profile or post it here it you'll be sure to get a callsign in no time.
I have noticed you mention an Amateur Radio callsign on your second post of M3DUG - Would you then be Douggie? Either way, callsign allocation does depend on those few details.
