Would you be kind enough to fill out the required fields in your profile. Your name, country and QTH are mandatory. You haven't entered your name, it could be Freddie but it's not clear to me from what you have put.

As soon as you've filled out your details on your profile you will be able to receive a call sign allocation. (Click on the button at the top of the website under the Charlie Tango banner marked 'Profile' when you are logged in.)
Steve's reference to 'personal' was in reference to your first name, (old radio speak - "What's your personal?" as in what's your name ), and as we're a friendly bunch here we like to help each other out where we can. Steve knows as well as us admin that's it a requirement for a call sign. (He's always there to welcome new members to Charlie Tango too. )
Don't worry, it's obviously all new to you and we're all more than happy enough to help you along, receive a call sign and ultimately enjoy your radio.
All the best, Victor
