Hello from the USA!!! I found your forum and am interested in being a part of it including getting one of your call signs.
I started with a 23 channel mobile in the 70's and began to learn from older men running Drake and Heathkit equipment. In the 80's I used cb and police raidios daily for the next 30 years in my law enforcement career. After retirement I became a Ham radio operator but remain a fan of cb. I believe 11 meters is the " every man's " band. Further I think 11 meters is going to be the place to get information in any emergencies that shut down the cell towers.
