The shack is looking good there Alan, but tinted windows is very "pimp my ride"

A proper job that!!
Thanks. Taking me some time but getting there. Gave the tops there last coat of varnish yesterday afternoon and out this morning so it should be nice and dry/hard by tomorrow. Then it is coax time bought a 100m of it and new plugs save me some messing well it will be quicker.

Needs a hammock or fold down camp bed in there for all night sessions, plus a fridge, wine cooler, kettle, coffee machine, plumbed water, drain, microwave...

Well we have life in the new shack. Power ready for the big move. Must do a better job on the red/black well blue at the moment but going to print out some red/black discs on sticky back paper to tidy that bit up. Connecting cable is the same as used on a cooker so should be enough ??.

Well done with all your hard work there Alan.
Been really great seeing your shack all come together and once those radios are in there it'll all come to life. You could do a line from my namesake 'Victor Frankenstein' as his monster rises with "It's Alive! It's Alive!".
Wouldn't worry about details like the power supply.....it's only you that needs to know. (Does make for a nicer QRZ picture though.)
I know what you're currently missing......he says as the kettle pops off and reaches into the mini fridge to make yet another brew....
Mind you, I had to dig past crap that I've accumulated and a couple of handhelds radios to get to the fridge!!
Well done mate, you should be suitably proud and looking forward to the final touches such as radio(s) installation.

Victor Study the top picture. Under the monitor in use you can see a red looking object ?. That is Alexa i just ask her for a coffee and Linda pops in the door not long after with a mug in her hand lol. She would tip it over me if i did that but i do have this thing of calling her on it and asking her if she want's a brew it works better than asking for one for me and a lot safer. Might just put the old tassimo machine in there.

Ah, you lucky sod.
My Teresa is a bit of a camel when it comes to water intake only having a cuppa in the morning and one when she gets home from work.......and I make both of those buggers!
I need the fridge and kettle for my own daily 20 cup habit. (Plus they're both in arms reach which is handy for the old leg.....til I need to empty!)
I've got an Alexa in the shack and one down stairs and only made the mistake of calling downstairs on it once.
