Click on the link at the bottom for the Turner +3 and download the PDF. This gives you the wiring colours used.

The bottom of this page shows the microphone wiring for the M360 rig.
Simple enough four pin wiring, Shield = Ground, White = Audio, Black = RX, Red = TX.
If it doesn't work first time then swap the TX/RX, but this error should be obvious.
All of the above assumes 'standard' wiring and that no one has replaced leads, mucked up the wiring etc. etc. over the years.
If they have then a multimeter will come in very useful, otherwise it's a trip to the 'rig-doctors'.
