still not got callsign. any help of why.

Hi Roger,

All of the admin team here at Charlie Tango do everything in a completely voluntary capacity.

It is stated at the front of the website in the New Members section, (in red letters trying to make it obvious), that call signs can take 48 hours to be issued.

Gary who looks after the call sign databases and allocation of call signs does a fantastic job and usually allocates most days when he has the free time. Obviously family commitments as well as employment will usually come first.

Don't worry, it's still early doors, (you only requested this morning), but you will get your call sign and hopefully soon.


When I first came here the site was moving and obviously lots of hard work involved in the transition so I had to wait weeks for my call sign but was eternally grateful to Gary for sorting it out in the end. Your's should take a fraction of that time so just keep an eye out in the forthcoming days.
