Hello all,
Just worked 304KD mr Kaido from Tartu in Estonia. He is using 20W and a sirio 1,2 meter long antenna. Band is open...so who knows... not often Estonia is active..:-) FM 27,315 ch 31 cept Both (and 35CT249) of them are still calling while writing 5/9 ....
