First time back on CB since I was a kid!

This week (Tuesday night) was the first time I was back on cb since I was about 11/12 years old. I got in contact with a top bloke through a mutual friend and he offered to lend me a rig to get me up and running and introduced me to some top lads on air Tuesday evening. Cracking banter, good fun and a great experience to be doing something I’ve not thought of for years! Brilliant!! Cheers to all the lads and Peter especially for sorting me out! 73s

Many of us came back to radio after a long time off air.
Myself it was the best part of 30 years off air.
When i returned it was dead where i live only one contact in 2 weeks then nothing for weeks.
I joined the ct forum and with some encouragement from a certain member/Admin i went in for my ham ticket and so glad i did had many contacts all round the world.

Great to hear of your excitement getting back on air Adam and so glad you met some decent people through your pursuits.
