Hi everyone my name is Lynda from Doncaster way, I last used CB radio back when AM was king back in the day, I gave it up as a bad job when all the muppets turned it into an FM circus. I am now doing a bit of travelling and camping and now more order prevails, (so I'm told) I thought CB would work as a bit more security just incase and not forgetting the comradeship Not forgetting I believe this is where I request a callsign

Hi Lynda and welcome to CTdx. You still get the idiots but nothing like it was but also not as many people on anymore. There are a lot returning to radio after 30 or 40 years away and many have got there Ham ticket recently as well with being able to do it online. Victor will be along soon with a call sign for you.
