Not posted for a while, had a bipolar blip, and it's taken me a while to sort my head out, at least the radio is keeping me half sane. Still going strong on FT8 and am nearly at 2600 contacts, loving this radio hobby now I have everything that I need.
I keep putting off having the antenna run in the loft as am terrified that my cleaner will manage to put his foot down in the wrong place since the loft isn't boarded. Am debating whether to put up a 133ft or 66ft end fed, since the loft is quite small it would have to be run in a certain way.

Good to hear you're keeping well Mark and very well done with the FT8 contacts you've been making. (I've been working hard and barely made half of what you've achieved.)
I remember how my signals received jumped up as I extended this lawnmower lead mess in the loft and was surprised that included the upper bands. Seems to work with my transmit too!
Never say never is a good motto to have and I wish you well with your antenna plans. (Still haven't got you in my logs yet but fingers crossed!)
