Thanks so much for letting me join 

I ve been into cb radios since the 80’s when it was 14 a copy and 1-4 an eye ball etc ..
Mine was on a biscuit tin in my bed room ..
I now use cb’s in my wagon but since I am trying to get away from haulage I have made a shack in the small bedroom ..
I have a president lincoln mk1 , a thunderpole tx2000 , icom 706 and a icom 756 pro ..
My icom 706 uses a x50 diamond and for 11m I use a Antron 99 which does nt work well as there is a fault .  Am trying to get my licience but I love 11m so I would like a ct callsign ..
Am also going to put a di pole in the loft like FRED IN THE SHED LOL , until I can afford to replace the a99 ( it’s the fitting that expensive ) ..
Any advice on the Di-pole would be most appreciated…
