Hi CTers,
I am interested in being allocated a call sign.
I have dabbled in radio in the distant past but not to any great extent and so intend to start off with CB to see how I go and then move onto Amateur Radio. I would therefore consider myself a newbie. I have purchased for both (portables in both cases) based on various recommendations from a month's worth of general Internet scouring, and am now researching antennas.

I wish you well with your journey into the radio interest as it can be a very rewarding hobby. (Frustrating at times too but that's part of the appeal for many. ) Worth getting your Amateur Radio ticket with the exam able to be taken online or with a local club and especially when places such as Essex Ham provide fantastic free training for such.
