Hello all my name is Ryan and I have been using radios for about 5 years now. I am currently running a radioddity qt 40 for 11m. I use a 17' vertical (a99) and also utilize a 11m dipole (homemade) for specific work.
I live in the US, in the state of Maryland near Williamsport by the Potomac river. When I make contacts now I say "western MD" to be a bit more precise.
I hear lots of clubs and would really like to be more active in DX.

Thank you! Are there any specific calling frequencies? I know to qsy from t5 and I know a few general frequencies related to the "CB" band. If anyone knows frequencies to call dx please let me know.

Hello Ryan, welcome to the CTDX group.
There are plenty of 11 meter band plans on the net which should help you decide what's best for you. A google search should get you sorted out.
