Hi all. I'd like to start off by saying thank you for running Charlie Tango. It's rare do you find something which is free, and I can appreciate all of the time and work which can go into administrating it, so thank you.
Could I apply for a CT callsign please?
I've just turned 40 years of age, and while I have read about DXing in the past I have never took the plunge in purchasing the equipment until now. For the past several years I have been specialising in transmitting serial data over 868MHz. A friend is currently active on the 11 meter band who has a CT callsign and referred me to yourselves.
I've just ordered: CRT SS 8900 RM KL300 power amplifier Sharmans AV-200 VSWR Power meter Sirio 2016 5/8 Wave antenna Sharman LM40D 40A Power supply
I look forward to touching base with you on the airwaves.

Hi there and welcome to Charlie Tango DX.
To be allocated a call sign I will need a few details from you as per the forum instructions :-
(I can presume your country is England but I can't presume your name as many here use pseudonyms.)
Once your forum profile is complete either myself or our other call sign admin Gary will swing by and get you allocated.
That looks like a nice shopping list you have there and I hope your new 11m station serves you well.
