I am very confused as the contact frequencies are not in my channel range and I have a uk or eu cb. I would love to contact people but I don't know how

The most commonly used calling channel is 19 but it can vary from area to area.

You might be best scanning through the channels to try and find other stations in your area, or joining in with one of the weekly nets that are held. Good luck.
