Hello considering returning

Hello everybody I am a former CBT user considering returning to the hobby what’s the scene like in Essex?

That is to say former CB user!

There are a few people on in Essex but cb,mainly quite weak stations is fairly quiet overall. Might be a bit quiet now cause no skip from European Union also the world skip is not going to be back for 6 years when we get a new trade deals 65mill vs 500mill so worse ones ha ha only joking.

I would stock up on Sirio Tornado's then you can sell them later for a profit like rees mogg is doing.

I would come back in summer 2020 for skip and outdoors radio people. Get a cheap set up first to check for PLT interferences off your local mains supplies. This can make it hard to recieve well if you have 7 pound of buzzing noise.

Hello Mark, welcome to the forum, with a decent station there is still activity but stations are much farther apart these days so make sure you have a decent antenna.
