Could be tropo if it went on for a while. If short lived may be Sporadic E.
Most of the tropo on the higher bands yesterday, 144/432MHz, was across to Germany, Denmark and southern Sweden from here near the south coast.

my Spanish(?) isn't very good, but the presentation style and what I believe is a mention of some kind of sportsball tournament suggests this a commercial station (or maybe even a PSB) picked up on tropo. Sounds like the tail end of a news segment, where the sports reporting starts - pirates mostly concentrate on specialist music genres these days, and smaller community stations (even if they have news and sport reports) rarely get allocated enough power to cross borders on tropo lifts (which favour the stations with several hundred kW TXs)
