Equipment Used : On 11m a Anytone 6666, Solarcon A99 vertical antenna or a Sirio 4000. On PMR a CRT Space U, a 1/4 wave GPA, homemade mag mount & sometimes a 8 element beam.

| I would say any of the Diamond/Sharman X 2m/70cm range of antenna's would work well. BUT I'M GOING TO THROW A SPANNER IN THE WORKS The picture below is of a Baofeng T1 handy (allegedly) and it looks to have a fixed moulded antenna.  So I'm not sure how you would go about joining them together.  | |
