Hello everyone, the name is Ed and I am located near Alton Towers. I have been into radio since I was 11 in 1976, my first CB was a President AR7 AM set, had some good times with that. Upgraded to various SSB sets, Marko Excaliber, Major M588, Marko 777 etc. I have recently decided to get back into the hobby and got myself a CRT SS7900V, it seems kike a nice rig, perhaps someone could comment? I would like to request a callsign if possible as the old call from various clubs have long been defunct. All the best, Ed.
