| Hi guys. Anyone using the Yaesu FTdx3000. Mine has a rather stiff VFO. It's tight that I can't tune around with one finger on the dial.
But I can with 3 or 4 fingers around it.
Is there an adjustment somewhere. There is nowt in the manual.

Yes there is definitely adjustment , hold the VFO knob at the base ( close to main case ) and then turn the front of the knob anti clockwise to ease the tension and clockwise to apply tension
Your right it's not clear or even covered in the manual
