Hi and welcome to Charlie Tango.
To obtain a call sign just simply make a posting in the 'New Member Introductions' section of the forum. (It's the bit on the main page of the site with the red lettered instructions.)
Make sure you fill in your first name on your profile, (the button marked 'Profile' at the top of the site), or sign off with it. We can't after all presume your name is 'Jack Glass' as some members use a different name altogether.
If you get stuck just give a shout out and someone will be along in due course to help out. Please remember that the group and forum is run by volunteers so as such you may have to wait a little while for a response.
