Hot sunshine, 36 degrees with the humidex. I took down my HF beam, Cubical quad and 6m rotatable dipole. Phew!! I am a tad red, very hot up in the air today.... But seem to of sorted my 2 rotors out finally!

Bet it was all worth it in the end. Amazing what we'll put ourselves through in the pursuit of radio.
Wish we had the Humidex scale in use here, (can't remember when the 'heat index' was last quoted on weather reports in the UK). Then perhaps those that go for a jog round the local park on a sunny day wouldn't be dropping like flies! Then again, we get hypothermia cases from scantily clad individuals on a winters night out drinking?!?!
With my Scot heritage I get sunburnt from the light in the fridge and melt when there's double digits on the Celcius scale!
