here in norfolk to night, sardinia and turkey all coming in real good and the normal mad people at 4000000kw lol.... had sadinia on fm eu/ch30 for ages good old chin wag and they deffo in my log now esp with fm and not ssb roll on for the ham exam cant be to soon for me as love low power to get contacts

Got two QSOs into 9 division Canada last night, lots of 2 division coming through also but signal strength in and out making QSO difficult, heard some 43 Australia calls too, benos aires came in strong the night before but to much QRM, fun times.

Wow last night was good, benos aires, nova Scott, and a few USA. We’ll cuffed with the contacts yesterday as well, a mobil so the sirrio works a treat Best was ballamena real good perfect signal Nova Scota was a good signal but he was running 1kw to my 10, he was loud but could jut her me, did her a ct member as well (lee) but couldn’t get him think he was Colchester area

I'm sure you'll do well with the 11m challenge Jimmy judging by your contacts up to now.
As you've witnessed yourself the QRM is bad my way but I will still have a damn good go even just for the fun of it all.

Ya 11m is hopping lately, got a QSO into 50 European Russia with an entertaining operator. Also got into Venezuela twice. Lots of signals from 2 division and even tried a 91 division call with no luck yet. Happy Dxing from 29CT078.

Brilliant reading about the contacts! Hope to have my first dipole up over the next few days in my loft. TBH i am bricking it a bit as I have no clue when it comes to the Q codes and making contacts, I will learn over time but yes, it's a bit daunting. Anyway, I will get my 11m dipole sorted out first and then worry about contacts. Is it wrong that I have started to read about fan dipoles?
