hi, could i please have two call signs please, one for my mum and and one for my stepdad please, who dosenot have an account, and we are going away this easter and we will be taking walkie talkies so i thought they could have their own callsign allocated but not have an account as it would make it easier for them as you have issued call signs that i've noticed in the past to pepole who havent had an account unless i have got it wrong. Thanks in advance, Also it would make communications easier.

Hello Jamie,
We can indeed Issue call signs to non forum members.
We will need the usual information required. Name, Country and QTH for each of them.
Have your parents actually asked you to get them a call sign Jamie? I really don't mind issuing them call signs if they have an interest in radio and they intend to use them, if however you just want them for your easter trip and they don't have an interest in radio it would probably be better for you to make up a couple of call signs from the usual constituents and use them on a one off basis. Typically this would take the format of in my case for example 26-GW-001 (division, initials, number)
Let me know how to proceed.

ok thanks, can you use the call sign on PMR? as i live on a farm and we use walkie talkies then, they would not use radios if they did not like them nor have a intrest in, so they would not mind having a call sign as they are those types of pepole that won't mind someone signing up on behalf it it has a use like on my case will be a easter trip and farm use, so can you go ahead and sign them up please: i'm just preparing for our trip in advance so can you issue a call sign please. and if i were to ask my mum and step dad they would probarbly say yes.

Yes you can use the call signs on PMR, I have allocated your parents the following call signs.
26-CT-3368 - Ruth - Non Forum - Halifax 26-CT-3369 - Martin - Non Forum - Halifax
