Hi I'm JB I'm a new member I have been interested in cb radio for many years I have 2 cheap ham radios trying to get my licence just purchased a cobra 19 ultra 3 looking forward to getting on the air. Also requesting a call sign

Please could you fill in your profile details as this is a requirement for call sign allocation. i.e. First Name, Country and QTH - being the nearest town or city or where you live.
It'll mean our Mr Gary Wilson who issues callsigns won't have to ask and delay your allocation, plus save on his poor old typing fingers

I'm just trying to help you get a call sign Your profile is still not complete as per the instructions in red lettering on the forum.
If you are on the website version of the forum, under the 'Charlie Tango DX' banner at the top of the site you should have a series of buttons. Towards the right hand side there is a button marked 'Profile', click on that and you can see your details and fill in the appropriate sections. As mentioned you need to fill in your first name, country and QTH. The QTH being the town or city you live in or the nearest town or city. Your QTH is currently filled in as "South somerset".
When this is complete our Mr Gary Wilson will be able to issue you a call sign. If it's not complete he will only have to ask again for these details to be complete. That will only delay getting a call sign further.
