However, for a complete CB 27MHz / PMR446 Mobile set up on a Mag Mount, try this little lot...
Your separate Radios CB & PMR446 with connectors/coax patch leads to PL-259
SO-239 Combiner
7" Mag Mount
UHF PL-259 to SO-239 Splitter
2x Right-Angle UHF Adapter
CB>
PL-259 to 3/8 Female Adapter
3ft Fibre Glass CB Whip
PMR446>
PMR446 Whip or the previously mentioned Diamond MC-200
The above provides the complete mobile solution of your two radios CB & PMR446 to a single Mag-Mount, that supports two Antennas CB & PMR446...
Anyone disagree?
Of course if you wish to transmit on both at the same time, and would like some protection of the front ends / finals in either radio, then I recommend swapping out the SO-239 Combiner for a Diamond MX-62M Duplexer...

Cut it down for PMR, Sirio supply the instructions, then you can use the same mount.
I think this fulfils all of your requirements.
Well I held out until now but I've just ordered this antenna from knights along with an adaptor for a Baofeng. A swr/power meter for CB and I thought " sod it" and ordered a CRT space U Didn't really need the adaptor now I've realised but only £2.95
Thanks to everyone for the feedback and other suggestions, all worth considering along the way if I get more involved and look back .

My dilemma now having ordered a crt space U is changing the pl259 between the crt 9900. ?
I was thinking of fitting the space U between the passenger seat base and center console but I won't be able to access the back of the radio to swop leads.
Any ideas/solutions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Antenna switch...
Antenna Switch CS-201
Have to admit that I just can't quite believe the price of these after 17 years outside the hobby, glad I kept all my old ones.

I've cut a coat hanger to 17cm. Dropped in the base it is 13.2cm from top of base. I'll also use a sacrificial UV5R for now.
Is this correct ?
Oops, poor pictures, but you get my drift. Big difference to the Nagoya's and especially the Sirio, even when that's cut down.

If you had a CB and VHF combo you could use this antenna SG-CB/VHF (sirioantenne.it) Perhaps you could ask Sirio or Sigma if they could make a combined CB and UHF antenna?

It's sorted now cheers. Someone else with a Sirio SU375-480 PL Swapped their trimmed antenna for mine.
He also tested my coat hanger effort and it was 1-6 SWR

Don't forget to take into consideration the mount as part of the antenna, as to me (others will correct me if I'm wrong) it looks to long.
Really liking what your doing, keep it mate

Hi Razz. I gave the piece of coat hanger to the bloke who I swapped Sirio antennas with. He tested the SWR to 1.6. I don't need it back, or i could just cut another
Was talking to a bloke on CB the other day and he switched his Baofeng on. I tried mine and we made a contact from near 3 miles away, I'm high up but over the brow of a hill. Switched the CRT space U on and that was a big improvement.

Hi Izzi
The antenna on a Baofeng T1 is part of the moulded case so you wouldn't be able to connect it up to a base antennas
Lets say you did, in the future, decide to upgrade to a Baofeng UV5R, Quansheng UV-5K or even a Yaesu handy, then you could, with an adaptor, connect it to a mag mount or home base antenna.
