I have a xiegu gm1m that will not work on transmit, it is New and just can't get it to work, any body help me.

Hi Chris,
One problem that has been reported several times with this radio is the jack's becoming disconnected from the main board. (They are float or waved soldered so rather thinly soldered and a few inadvertent pushes create dry joints). This is fixed by many owners opening the radio and hand soldering the jack connectors back.
As it's new it might be worth sending back under warranty than attempting a repair yourself unless you're up to it, (but may also invalidate your warranty).
It might also be worth checking the manual for a 'factory reset' procedure and try that out before sending it back.

Like Victor says, if it is broken I would send it back under warranty. Any attempt to repair it yourself will invalidate your warranty. Hope you get it sorted.
