Hello all - My name is Stuart (Stu) and I'm recently retired. I’m was into CB in a big way back in the early 1970’s and met my first wife over the airwaves. I went on to get my Class 1 Amateur Radio call sign and got involved with electronics for a living. However I’ve been off the air for many years now but have been doing some short wave listening in the last few weeks, so now want to obtain a call sign and ‘get back on the horse’ so to speak.

Apologies for not completing all the requirement in my profile. That’s now been sorted and with a bit of luck, my new 10m / 11m / SSB radio should turn up tomorrow. Spent most of the day de-cluttering and preparing the shack........ in anticipation.
