If you want quiet fans look at the Noctua range. Also you're better off with a larger fan running at a slower speed.

Great suggestion on the Noctua fans there Conor.
Only discovered them recently myself and boy are they well built, sure to last and unearthly quiet!
Loving the suggestion of a bigger, slower fan also - nothing worse than struggling with a QSO trying to hear their voice over the drone of a bank of small fans whirring away.
