New topic Hi just registered trying to get back on Cb after many years , had a call sign many years ago but lost any trace of it. Been doing a bit of radio on amateur side for about 5 yes, live in Stevenage, still got my President Grant 2 to fire up on CB.

Hello and welcome, Honcho.
Gary will be along to issue you with a call-sign. In the mean time could you fill-in, your first name in your profile, as it is a requirement to receive a call-sign. Many thanks.
John.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Firstly for me to issue you a call sign your profile needs to contain your name, your country and you QTH (nearest town or city)
You mentioned that you held a call sign previously was that from us at Charlie Tango?

Hello,
It will take up to 48 hours to receive a call sign.
You were asked in your initial request to fill in your profile and you haven't done it so your request is currently parked.
Let me know when you've done it and I can process your request.
73's Gary.

Thanks for the new callsign, however in your reply it sounds like I made a habit of this, and I am being reprimanded for not remembering it.I usually have a good memory for numbers, but when you do not use it on a regular basis, I can still remember my service number 23952454 from 40 years ago. Have a happy new year and I may catch you on the airwaves next year,73,s.
