Vortex Antenna Q2

Hi all, I wonder if any of you have got or had one of these antennas, I bought it of a mate who sold it to another mate! well you know how the rest goes. So now I need a set of instructions to ensure I have the antenna assembled correctly, i.e post of the basket, spacing etc just can't get the swr down. 
Any information would be appreciated

I had a sigma 4 which had a rubbish swr the gamma match needs to be exact even so to get a better swr i had to move the center pole as if it were a basic silver rod to finally get a decent swr i think in my case i shortend it a couple of inches by sliding it into itself etc
