If you can make sure that your profile is filled in as per the forum instructions then there will be no delays in you obtaining a call sign.
When this is done keep a look out on this posting for when our admin in charge of call signs Gary comes along to allocate you.

Hello Malcolm, welcome to the forum.
For me to issue you a call sign your profile must contain your name, your country and your specific QTH (nearest town or city)
