Good Morning! My name is Walter (Wally is fine) and I am returning to CB radio after an absence of many moons. Started way back in the mid- seventies on AM and then with my dad ventured onto SSB. Had been thinking of getting about getting a rig over the last couple of years and decided to take the plunge and go for it. Starting out mobile but hope to have a base station set up soon if all goes to plan. Over the last few days since ordering my rig I have even looking on YouTube to see what is happening outthere and to get ideas on gear. If I had not decided to get a radio before after seeing videos by Fred In The Shed and Steve Stevens the decision would have been made, lol. Great Stufff! Looks like if I need any advice there is a wealth of knowledge on the forum. Although I had a rig years back I feel like I am starting from new QTH is between Skeggy and Boston, Lncs. Looking forward to 'getting out' there! 73s Wally
