Hello! I'm Gary. I live in Whitstable. I've recently returned to CB radio, after by chance, finding more people on 11m than many of the amateur bands! I've had a Foundation Licence for about a decade: never bothered studying for Intermediate. I use PMR with family when we're out camping in the middle of nowhere with no phone reception; in fact, I bought a UK Business Lite licence (£75 for 5 years) to give us some VHF frequencies and 5W output. Also have a Ship Portable Radio Licence. You'd be right to assume I enjoy radio. A 26CT callsign would be a welcome addition to my collection of callsigns!
