Dear community,
Already for several years I have been noticing short bursts of RTTY signals on 27.550 and recently on 27.530 as well. The duration is an estimated 3 seconds. At least they sound like RTTY. Does anyone know if they are just CQ-calls or is it something commercial or official?
Here's a link to a short video:

Does sound like a bit of RTTY. Then again I have heard all sorts of digital signals on 11m nowadays and think it's great that people explore such options. Some will bemoan it but I've already experienced great far flung contacts with digital modes on 10m & 12m so hope the same for all those 11m operators out there.

You can run the audio clip through decoding s/w and determine the message. Does sound like RTTY. But, I've worked many digital modes on 11m, it's becoming more common with ops.

I'd be up to run some digital modes on 11...
My Raspberry Pi that I have been running FT8 on for over 2 years decided to head south, so I am building another one....
But I am considering only putting FLDigi on it to run a bunch of other modes that are less popular... Like RTTY
