hey all...... Guess what i passed...............foundation ham licence many thanks to you all for a awsome site thanks for all the advice and help you all know who you are dont realy want to name names but.... Victor,Alan,Neal ect ect being dyslexic dont hold anyone back if you have like me and a few others i know of go for it think it was Alan that said read every question at least twice loads of time..... ill let you know my call sign as soon as i get one and will be pride of place next to the Charlie Tango one and next to my call sign on here once again thank you to everyone on here and the loacal club im a member of hope to catch you all on air on the ham bands soon

Did mine online with 3 others. 15 minutes or so but went back on 2 or 3 then just sat there a hadn't used much time and did't want to click the finished button but when i did so did one other. made he invigilator ?? jump lol.

Nice one Jimmy! You've passed at a great time in the sunspot cycle and will find activity on many bands and modes, almost whatever takes your fancy to have a go at first.
Have fun and keep checking in at CT. Everyday is a learning day for me and I learn lots from reading here. My tip of the day for you is; don't stick your fingers in your unboxed unun to pull out a clump of dog hair when you're transmitting a tuning carrier, even at only 5 watts power.. your finger will feel like what E.T.s looks like.

Jimmy, poles are nothing! My station Manager found out how much my HF radio cost when she checked the bank statement. It took her quite a while to recover, I am almost out of the doghouse months later.
