Can i get a DX Call sign if i only have a CB Radio or is it only for Hams as i would like to join the Charlie tango DX Zello Channel.

Yes you can as the CT call sign is for CB use Ham's have there own issued by ofcom/rsgb. Make sure you have filled in your profile properly with name ant your nearest town and Gary will be along and issue you a call sign soon.
