The CRT SS9900 is specified as being programmable from 24.880MHz to 30MHz (for use where allowed) so that includes the 12m Amateur band, 11m or CB bands and the 10m Amateur band.
As for 11m CB it depends on how you view 'bands' (mid-block, UK, etc.) but can do them all.

my mate has , CRT SS 7900 V TURBO says he can not rate it enough..... he is a ham and uses all the bands on it and easy to program aswell
